Paris, real estate, at a glance.

At a visual analysis of the prices displayed on the real estate windows, you could see much higher prices than those in Bucharest, property for sale with different surfaces, from 6.8 square meters, up to 300.
Yes, 6-8 mp is not a joke, service room, pieces of lounge, with bathroom in the hall, in common with another similar spaces, some with shower in room:).
But situated in the heart of town, 15 minutes from the Louvre, and other interes places of Paris.
Another look, taking into consider various properties and areas reveals an average price of 10,000 euros per sqm, in the center of Paris.
area price euro/sqm
2700000 203 13.300
8 321000 15 21.400
8 735000 36 20.417
4 1080000 114 9.474
8 457000 57 8.018
5 300000 27 11.111
3 420000 50 8.400
6 198000 20 9.900
2 310000 57 5.439
9 382000 52 7.346
5 535000 50 10.700
3 415000 34 12.206
9 298000 35 8.514
7 341000 39 8.744
6 315000 28 11.250
6 2850000 300 9.500
3 945000 120 7.875

12602000 1237 10.188

and approximately 6500 for other areas, excluding the outskirts.
Other area price euro/sqm
11 683000 93 7.344
16 1280000 148 8.649
500000 150 3.333 Paris suburb at some distance (13 km)
15 1407000 212 6.637

3870000 603 6.418

The above figures make me think, from Bucharest point of vue, differences are too great, and if Paris does not seem to decrease, then certainly our prices may increase. A ratio of 10 to 1 for central area is still too large, living conditions are not so bad in downtown Bucharest.
A report closer to reality I find 5 to 1, so often a Parisian square = 5000 Euro, or one in Bucharest 2000, and that discussing the old blocks.
Parisian apartments were build from 1900 or earlier.
According to European statistics on GDP indicator in PCS, the Gross Domestic Product in purchasing power, per capita, by reference to the European average, considered 100, France has a sign above the average 107% and Romania 45% average, halfway somewhere.
But wages are still remote, if the net average wage in France is somewhere in Euro 3300, here is 330 euros and there is compliance report 10 to 1, the purchasing power parity reduce this ratio.
For minimum wage France 1239, Romania 232, rezulting a 5.3 parity.
